Plan	What you get
Free	A free allowance of practice questions and mock tests. Free forever.
Practice Plan	More practice, more mock tests, and OMR answer-sheet checking.
PRO	Unlimited practice, mock tests and OMR checking (OMR checking is subject to fair use).

How paid plans work

• Paid plans are one-month prepaid passes.
• They never renew by themselves. You’re never charged again unless you choose to renew.
• To keep going, tap Renew. Your next month starts when the current one ends.

Buy a plan

1. Open Plans: on a computer, tap your plan chip in the top bar, and on a phone, tap More, then Plans. You can also open Plan & usage from Profile.
2. Choose Get Practice or Get Pro.
3. Check the details and tap Continue to payment, then Pay securely.
4. Complete the payment. When it’s confirmed you’ll see You’re in!

You need to be signed in to buy a plan.

Upgrade from Practice to PRO

Choose Upgrade to PRO. PRO starts immediately, and the unused value of your Practice plan is credited against the price.

You can’t switch from PRO down to Practice while PRO is active. You can choose Practice after PRO ends.

Check your usage

Plan & Usage shows your current plan, its status, and a bar for each feature:

• Practice questions
• Mock tests
• OCR answer sheets (OMR checking)

Each bar shows how much you’ve used and when the allowance resets. Unlimited features show ∞.

Payment problems

Message	What it means
Payment cancelled.	You closed the payment. You haven’t been charged.
We couldn’t confirm this payment…	If money was deducted, it will be refunded or activated shortly.
You’ve already paid for your next month.	You can’t buy a month further ahead than that.
Payments are temporarily unavailable…	Try again in a few minutes.

If money was taken but your plan didn’t activate, contact support.
