“You’re offline”
Your answers won’t save until you reconnect. Check your internet connection. Your answers save automatically when you’re back online.

Tap Reload. Your progress is saved on the server, so you won’t lose answers you’ve already made. If it keeps happening, tap Practice home and try again.
A page won’t load or shows “Retry”
Tap Retry. If it still fails, refresh the page or check your connection.
My OMR sheet couldn’t be read
Retake the photo from directly above in good light with the whole sheet visible, or tap Enter answers manually instead. See Check your OMR sheet.
I left a mock test by mistake
Your answers are saved. Go to Mock test and tap Continue on the open attempt. The timer kept running while you were away.
I lost my progress as a guest
As a guest, your history, bookmarks and stats stay on the device you used until you sign up. Create an account to keep your progress safe and use it on any device.
Payment taken but plan not active
Wait a few minutes and reload Plans. Payments sometimes take a moment to confirm. If it’s still not active, contact us below.
