Manage your profile and account

Open Profile. If you’re a guest, you’ll see Sign up and Log in here instead of your account details.

On a computer, tap your initial (the round avatar) at the top right. On a phone, use the Profile tab.

Change your name

Tap Name, edit it, and tap Save.

Change your password

1. Tap Change password.
2. Enter your Current password, then your New password (at least 8 characters) twice.
3. Save.

If you signed in with Google, you manage your password with Google instead.

Language settings

Set Question language and App language. See Choose English, Tamil or both.

Log out

Tap Log out.

Delete your account

1. At the bottom of Profile, tap Delete account.
2. In Delete your account?, confirm with your password and tap Delete.

You’re signed out on every device. After 30 days your progress, bookmarks, stats, mock test results and OMR photos are permanently deleted, and this can’t be undone.

Changed your mind? Sign in again within those 30 days and your account is restored as it was. Payment records are kept as the law requires.
